Manager (Former Employee) says

"Company run as if it were a multi billion dollar enterprise instead of the sub 1 billion dollar small company it is. Too many ex HP retired and fired execs now in charge and destroying the value."

Director (Former Employee) says

Test Technician 2 (Former Employee) says

"poor management an buddy buddy system in the company they fire the people that does there work an knows the job better then anyone sitting the company up for failure"

Director (Former Employee) says

"Lots of upper management came in from HP and cronies of theirs, also from a competitor. Result was a "them vs us" mentality, too many VP and above level people, and not enough people to do the actual work. Lots of talk about helping advance careers, absolutely zero assistance doing so - had to pay cost of learning opportunities myself. No mentorship in the company, and there's a strong culture of every person for themselves - VPs etc competing against each other, vs acting as managers supporting their teams. Impossible to get 1:1s with managers, impossible to get defined budgets, etc etc. Lastly company doesn't believe in product development using design thinking. Products pushed out the door without enough testing, and as a result, they failed. Too much engineering mindset, not enough design and vision. As a result, everyone is ALWAYS stressed out.NoneToo many VPs, too much competitiveness between them"

Production Lead (Current Employee) says

"Stressful, no advancement. Product is unreliable and poorly designed. Constantly have problems with design and software issue. Favoritism is the only way for advancement.Terrible management"

worker (Current Employee) says

"i would guess that the positive reviews here are suspect and should not be trusted. this place is a mess of too many chiefs with a "flog until morale improves" attitude. hours are very, very long and not much reward.there is eventually an end to the dayit starts all over again the next day"

Warehouse Selector (Former Employee) says

"Management is sorry. They let all the good hard workers go that have put years into the business. Most employees that have been there for years bailed before the company started going down. Employees are all just there for a paycheck, nobody likes the job anymore."

Accounts Assistant (Former Employee) says

"Working until 11pm some days at year end, and not paid past 5.30pm. Work not explained thoroughly enough. Not made to feel very welcome at all, not a nice experience overall."

Employee (Current Employee) says

"Turn and burn company. Lack of to no management at all. Corrupt environment. If you want to last as an employee, you better be friends with someone in management.Management"

Manager (Current Employee) says

"The is the first company that I have ever worked for that has absolutely no sense or team. Everybody seems to be in their own silo, and hardly ever talks to their neighbor. That direction or lack thereof seems to come from the top. The CEO provides no vision or direction to the company. Too many projects without enough resources to complete.none"

Program Manager (Former Employee) says

"Unreliable specifications and record keeping; poor supplier quality control; inadequate supply chain base to support production; racially divisive and discriminatory atmosphere against minorities and women; constant layoffs, almost exclusively targeting minority and female employees; never pay out bonuses; poor and petty upper management; minimal IT support; only care about making quarter goals."

Warehouse Associate (Temp) says

"Work as a temporary employer way longer then expected spoke with Planet Manager and the rest was history. They blame the lack of communication on the temp agency. Leader have no college degrees plus always angry and upset daily , try and ask for guidance on moving forward never received any. They direct hire but utilize temporary employee and give you no job security.Close to homeCommunication doesn't exist between management until a problem arise"

Logistics Manager (Current Employee) says

"Long hours no room for growth and poor management. Leadership does not work with employees and it is very much a dictatorship Would not recommend 3D systems to anyone.NoneLong hours"

ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN / PRODUCTION ASSEMBLER (Former Employee) says

"long stressful hours, always running out of parts, force you to work long hours and 7 days a week. Supervisor has no people skills, treated poorly. pays good, benefits good. No company christmas or thanksgiving!good pay, benefitstalk to you poorly, no room for advancement, don't care about your family life"

Systems Analyst II (Former Employee) says

"There are some really good people in the company. However management has very little clue or care how broken the infrastructure in the company truly is. Therefore the ones who suffer is the customers. There is a reason why the valuation of the company is only 1/5 of what it was not too long ago.Potentially future tech if capitalized correctlyPoor managerial communication an career paths available"

SSC French Speaking Accounts Payable - Oracle system specialist (Former Employee) says

Production Assembler (Former Employee) says

"Terrible management leading to company downfalls. Coworkers are very friendly and form a tight knit family. Compensation is good but very difficult to advance and salary has a cap limit. Poor raises and does not resemble how great of an employee you are or aren't.Coworker relationshipsPoor Management/ Ideals"
